Can I customize a Shelfabets order?

Yes. Choose the name and the colour for each letter on the Shelfabets page before adding it to your cart.

Can I return a custom order?

Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, personalized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
